Your role

As our founding growth leader, you’ll be empowered (and expected!) to do whatever it takes to help us grow the business. You’ll join the founder and founding engineers as we progress from beta testing to launch and beyond. Your primary focus will be driving demand, but as part of the founding team you’ll be working across go-to-market areas and we can shape the role with you.

We believe Growth is about experimenting to learn what works, so while we’re bursting with ideas we’re not looking for someone to execute a fixed set of channels - and don’t think you should think that way, either. You should expect to work closely with product, given we’re Product-Led Growth practitioners and huge believers in the importance of a product so good that people want to be the first ones to recommend it.

Like everyone in the founding team, this role will initially focus on making things happen fast yourself, but we’d love you to be there to build a team as we grow the business together.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has already delivered compelling results leading Growth or Marketing at an early-stage B2B startup, but this is a founding team and we’re open to exceptional people from across a range of backgrounds and go-to-market roles.
